The Web Producer will collaborate with VP/GM of the Web and external vendors to develop, launch and evolve next-generation web, widget and mobile applications for
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead development efforts among external vendors and internal departments, including defining project parameters, budgets, timelines and resource requirements
Author functional and technical requirements
Monitor costs, schedules and interoperability of development efforts
Develop testing, rollout and ongoing assessment plans
Identify and incorporate future technologies to enhance the user experience
Required:
3-5 years Web Producer experience on large-scale, ad-supported consumer websites
UI, design and information architecture expertise
Experience with content management systems and tools
Strong knowledge of Internet applications and technologies (Flash, Ajax, HTML, streaming video, etc.) and how they can best be applied to meet business needs
Basic HTML skills
College degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Desired:
Widget production/distribution experience
RSS production/distribution experience
WAP site production/distribution experience
